Agreement

Defend The Sewers grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Defend The Sewers for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms herein.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Software.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• You may not use the Software for any unlawful purpose.
• You may not sublicense or transfer your rights.

All rights, title, and interest in the Software, including intellectual property rights, remain with Defend The Sewers. No ownership is transferred.

This license is effective until terminated. Defend The Sewers may terminate upon any breach. Cease all use and destroy copies upon termination.

IN NO EVENT SHALL Defend The Sewers BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
